Eat Your Colors to Heal Your Body!

Eat your colors!

Plant-based pigments, the colors from fruits and vegetables, are known as anthocyanins. These colorful pigments from the foods you eat are responsible for helping to control the biophoton switches in the DNA and also help with the movement of light through the liquid-crystalline-matrix of the body. (Every tissue of the body is known to be liquid-crystalline fibers.)

Vaccines, pharmaceuticals, dyes, toxic personal care products, environmental pollution like smog, herbicides, pesticides, and even inappropriately prescribed natural medicines all hold the possibly of corrupting the energetic biophotonic software that runs the body.

Cellphone microwaves, unshielded electric hybrid and electric cars, geo-engineering, and purposeful genetic manipulations of the population also need to be considered when discussing the onslaught of ways our biophotonic software is being corrupted.

The "software corruption" is passed on inutero to our offspring, which is why we see family predispositions to certain illnesses.

An example of how important plant color pigments are in the ultimate gating and enabling light to stream through the body is seen in the biophotonic software that drives the conversion of cholesterol into 7-Dehydro-Cholesterol which then needs sunlight shining on the skin in order to add one more energetic bond in its molecular structure to form what we know as Vitamin D. The genetic software to perform this first step from cholesterol to 7-Dehydro-Cholesterol is corrupted through generations of pharmaceutical and environmental insults to the body, as well as a depletion of the available variations of plant pigments.

It is so important to get adequate varieties of the reds, greens, yellows, purples, oranges, and other plant pigments from raw vegetables and fruits. Juicing fresh, raw colorful fruits and vegetables is the best way to get these various plant pigments (anthocyanidins). Unfortunately much of the marketing around juicing is about the green vegetables. When you shop for things to juice, get as many color variations as you can.

Let's get back to the issue of Vitamin D production in the body. Vitamin D production is vitally important for maintaining optimum health. In an ideal world one would never take oral Vitamin D. This is manifested by the fact that there are very few dietary sources of Vitamin D in the food chain, except for when it is added to things like milk. The problem is that we are seeing people who live on the beach, sunbathing daily, yet when tested these people often have very low Vitamin D levels. From this we see that there is more to the body making Vitamin D than simply getting enough sunlight.

When the body is low in Vitamin D, the CPU of the body, the brain, senses that Vitamin D (pro-hormone D) in the form of Cholecalciferol is needed and sends the biophotonic command for the biochemical engine to produce more D. The body then makes more cholesterol in response to the command but without the correct plant pigments and the smooth transmission of the biophotonic command signals the body cannot convert the cholesterol into the next step, 7-Dehydro-Cholesterol, that is needed before the sunlight can add one more bond to it, forming Vitamin D.

So in this way we see that cholesterol will go higher as D is depleted if pigments, nutrients, and biological software signals are not present. Remember this step is required before sunshine can do its part. Again, this is why vitamin D will often be low even in people who get plenty of sunshine.

It is interesting to me that mainstream medicine is pushing more and more to drive cholesterol lower and lower, when 75% of your cholesterol is made from your body in order to make your hormones like progesterone, pregnenolone, testosterone, aldosterone, cortisol, the pro-hormone we call Vitamin D, bile, and more! The dietary dictocrats of mainstream media and medicine, would have you believe that cholesterol is the enemy and that eating oatmeal and Special K is going to make you live longer! The inability to convert cholesterol into these hugely important substances is at the core of the most prevalent illnesses on the planet. The real enemy is the depletion of quality, full-spectrum, color pigments from plants and vegetables, that also fight the real problems with cholesterol...the formation of oxidized cholesterol. Oxidized cholesterol and fats is what is so dangerous to your circulatory system. Plant pigments are some of the strongest anti-oxidants known to man.

We all have heard how important antioxidants are to the body, but do you realize what oxidation is? Oxidation is seen in our world as rust on metal. Oxidation in your body is essentially accelerating the degeneration of your tissues. Colorful plant pigments are hugely important for health on many levels.
